3D Hockey Development
Take your game beyond the ice. Our 3D Hockey Development Centre features a skating treadmill, shooting pad, and advanced off-ice training tools to sharpen your skills year-round.
Pro-Team Smoothies
Located conveniently inside the arena, we serve delicious protein & fruit smoothies, vitamins, and supplements. Winter Hours Open Monday to Friday 4:30pm - 9:30pm, Saturdays 11:30am -5pm and closed Sundays. Summer hours subject to change based on rentals.
Stoney Creek Sabres
The Stoney Creek Sabres, part of the Stoney Creek Girls Hockey Association, provide programs that build skill, teamwork, and confidence for female athletes at every level.
Limitless Training Systems
Opening November — Limitless Training Systems, a new fitness space for players, parents, and the community. Whether you’re training for competition or just staying active, our state-of-the-art gym will offer everything you need to feel stronger and perform better.
